Generally you will need 2 collar sizes over the lifetime of your dog…..
(and with larger breeds possibly 3)
One collar from 2 months to 6 months
and another collar size from 6 months to adulthood.
Your fur baby will do most its growing 75% from 8 weeks to 6 months. From 6 months to adult your dog’s neck size will not change so much.

Standard Labradoodle at 2 months:
- Weight: 10 to 20 pounds
- Height: 12 to 16 inches at the shoulder
- Neck Size: Around 10 to 12 inches
Standard Labradoodle at 6 months:
- Weight: 30 to 50 pounds
- Height: 16 to 20 inches at the shoulder
- Neck Size: Around 12 to 14 inches
Fully Grown Standard Labradoodle:
- Weight: 50 to 65 pounds
- Height: 21 to 24 inches at the shoulder
- Neck Size: Around 12 to 16 inches
