This is simple guide to our terms and conditions for returns and faulty items. If a product is faulty for example has an obvious defect to the material and or fitments we shall repair the faults at are our own expense including the cost of shipping. If an item is damaged in transit we will replace it. The only thing we can’t do is provide a refund for custom made products if you change your mind because they are specifically made for you and cannot be resold. But we will endeavour to make you happy and do our best to resolve any problem to your satisfaction.

Delivery Information.

We use Royal Mail tracked postal service and charge a flat fee of £15 (or the equivalent in your currency) to Europe, the United States, Canada, Australia. You will be charged this flat fee for all locations outside the UK. In our experience international shipping takes 7 to 15 days but guidance on this can be found at Royal Mail website HERE. You will be informed of the anticipated ship date (completion date) within 24 hours of your purchase.
